The Organizado brand operates and provides its services through two distinct legal entities, with a strict separation of responsibilities. This website is jointly owned and operated by:
Competência Segurada – Gestão de Serviços, Lda., with its registered office at Rua do Vigário Geral, 1C and 1D, 9500-443 Fajã de Baixo, Ponta Delgada, Portugal, Tax Identification Number (NIF) 514558075, is an Insurance Agent registered with the Portuguese Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF) under registration number 417456724 since 05/12/2017. It is also a Credit Intermediary registered with the Bank of Portugal under registration number 0006353.
Organizado, Lda., with its registered office at Avenida dos Inventores, 1, 2.º Esquerdo, 9560-421 Rosário, Lagoa, Portugal, Tax Identification Number (NIF) 518835723.
Each of these entities is responsible for its respective area of activity and shall be liable solely for the services it provides.
2. Purpose and Scope of the Services
The primary purpose of the website www.organizado.pt is to provide information, promote and showcase the services offered by the entities identified above. The separation of responsibilities is strict:
- Competência Segurada, Lda. exclusively provides the regulated services of Insurance Mediation (acting strictly as an Insurance Agent and not as an Insurance Company) and Credit Intermediation.
- Organizado, Lda. is responsible for all other services presented on the website, including, but not limited to, legal services, business consultancy, marketing and administrative process management.
All mandatory pre-contractual information shall be provided in person or through direct contact, in accordance with the applicable legislation governing insurance mediation and credit intermediation.
3. Informational Nature of the Website (No Online Contracting or Automatic Simulations)

The information available on this website is provided solely for informational purposes, as well as for the presentation of the brand and its services. It is hereby expressly clarified that:
- No Online Simulations: This website does not provide online tools, calculators or automatic simulation engines for insurance or credit products, nor does it allow the direct online purchase, subscription or contracting of financial products.
- Role as an Intermediary/Agent: Competência Segurada acts solely as an Insurance Agent and Credit Intermediary. We are not an Insurance Company (and therefore do not underwrite insurance risks) nor a Bank or Credit Institution (and therefore do not grant credit using our own funds).
- Approval of Requests: Any request for information submitted through the website’s contact forms shall not constitute a binding contractual proposal. The final approval of any credit application or the acceptance of any insurance proposal following its assessment shall remain the sole responsibility of the respective lending institutions (Banks) or partner Insurance Companies.

8. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In accordance with Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, Users are hereby informed that, in the event of a dispute arising from the provision of services, consumers may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity.
The competent ADR entities may be consulted through the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt). The territorially competent ADR entity is the Azores Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem dos Açores).

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions which cannot be settled amicably with consumers, the competent court shall be the court of the consumer’s place of residence.
In all other cases, jurisdiction shall lie with the Judicial Court of the Azores District (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca dos Açores).
